Information relating to the entry into force of the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway amending the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on administrative cooperation, combating fraud and recovery of claims in the field of value added tax [2025/1335]

The Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway amending the Agreement between the European Union and the Kingdom of Norway on administrative cooperation, combating fraud and recovery of claims in the field of value added tax ( 1 ) , signed in Brussels on 2 October 2024, will enter into force on 1 August 2025, the procedure provided for in Article 2 of the Agreement having been completed on 27 June 2025.
