Notification by the European Union made in accordance with the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part

The European Union hereby notifies the Specialised Committee on Law Enforcement and Judicial Cooperation of the following in relation to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, of the other part (the ‘Trade and Cooperation Agreement’).

NOTIFICATIONS UNDER PART THREE OF THE TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT: MODIFICATIONS OF THE LIST OF COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

The European Union, on behalf of the Czech Republic, notifies in relation to Article 525 of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the supervisory authority responsible for overseeing the implementation of, and ensuring compliance with, data protection rules under Part Three of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement:

The European Union notifies, on behalf of Belgium, that regarding the supervisory authorities responsible for overseeing the implementation of, and ensuring compliance with, data protection rules under Article 525 of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement the only relevant websites for the Supervisory Body for Police Information are www.controleorgaan.be and www.organedecontrole.be .
