Information relating to the entry into force of the Agreement in the Form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and Ukraine on the suspension of Ukraine’s payment obligations for its participation in all Union programmes as of 1 January 2021 [2025/662]

The Agreement in the Form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Union and Ukraine will enter into force on 1 April 2025, the procedure provided for in Article 3 of the Commission Decision approving the Agreement having been completed on 5 February 2025.
