Information on the date of entry into force of the Protocol on regular and special regular carriage of passengers by coach and bus (Interbus Agreement)

The Protocol ( 1 ) to the Agreement on the international occasional carriage of passengers by coach and bus (Interbus Agreement) ( 2 ) regarding the international regular and special regular carriage of passengers by coach and bus enters into force on 1 October 2024 in accordance with its article 17(1)(b). It has been approved or ratified by the European Union, Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
