Information relating to the entry into force of the Agreement between the European Union and Montenegro on actions carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Montenegro

The Agreement between the European Union and Montenegro on actions carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Montenegro will enter into force on 1 July 2020, the procedure provided for in Article 12(2) of the Agreement having been completed on 26 May 2020.
