13 Definition of “relative”.

(1) For the purposes of this Act, the expression “relative”, in relation to an infant, means a grandparent, brother, sister, uncle or aunt, whether of the full blood, of the half-blood or by affinity, and includes—

(a) . . .

(2) The definition contained in the last foregoing subsection shall be substituted for the definition of “relative” in the following enactments, that is to say subsection (2) of section thirteen of the Nurseries and Child-Minders Regulation Act, 1948. . . .
