SECTION 1. J.I. WASHINGTON POST OFFICE BUILDING.

(a) The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1550 State Road S–38–211 in Orangeburg, South Carolina, shall be known and designated as the “J.I. Washington Post Office Building”.

(b) Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “J.I. Washington Post Office Building”.
