§ 1514 - “United States” defined

CHAPTER 32— CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM

Unless otherwise indicated, as used in this section [Fn: See References in Text note below.] [50 U.S.C. 1512, 1513–1515, 1517] the term “United States” means the several States the District of Columbia, and the territories and possessions of the United States.
