§ 26104 - Authorization of appropriations

CHAPTER 261— HIGH-SPEED RAIL ASSISTANCE

(a) There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—

(a)(1) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and

(a)(2) $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,

(a) for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.

(b) Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
