§ 14909 - Disobedience to subpoenas

CHAPTER 149— CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES

Whoever does not obey a subpoena or requirement of the Secretary or the Board to appear and testify or produce records shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both.
