§ 1411 - Reallocation of D block to public safety

CHAPTER 13— PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM AUCTIONS › SUBCHAPTER I— REALLOCATION OF PUBLIC SAFETY SPECTRUM

(a) The Commission shall reallocate the 700 MHz D block spectrum for use by public safety entities in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
