§ 42501 - Definitions

CHAPTER 425— NATIONAL SHIPPER ADVISORY COMMITTEE

In this chapter:

(1) The term “Commission” means the Federal Maritime Commission.

(2) The term “Committee” means the National Shipper Advisory Committee established under section 42502.
