§ 8903 - Self-propelled, uninspected passenger vessels

CHAPTER 89— SMALL VESSEL MANNING

A self-propelled, uninspected passenger vessel shall be operated by an individual licensed by the Secretary to operate that type of vessel, under prescribed regulations.
