§ 1344 - Status of Conrail after sale

CHAPTER 22— CONRAIL PRIVATIZATION › SUBCHAPTER II— CONRAIL

The Corporation shall be a rail carrier as defined in section 10102 of title 49, notwithstanding this subchapter.
