Section, act July 6, 1954, ch. 463, § 4, 68 Stat. 453, which related to preparation of an appraisal schedule for negotiation of amount of just compensation payable for the property conveyed pursuant to former section 1199(a) of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
