Section, act July 6, 1954, ch. 463, § 1, 68 Stat. 452, which directed Chief of Engineers, Department of the Army, and the Secretary of the Interior to negotiate contracts with the Sioux Indians of the Lower Brule Reservation, South Dakota, and the Sioux Indians of the Crow Creek Reservation, South Dakota, containing the provisions outlined in former sections 1198 to 1200e of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
