§ 971d - Effect on valid existing Alaskan rights

CHAPTER 22— RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND OTHER EASEMENTS IN PUBLIC LANDS

Nothing in sections 971a to 971e of this title shall affect adversely any valid existing rights.
