§ 485h–3 - “Long-term contract” defined

CHAPTER 12— RECLAMATION AND IRRIGATION OF LANDS BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT › SUBCHAPTER X— PAYMENT OF CONSTRUCTION CHARGES

As used in sections 485h–1 to 485h–5 of this title, the term “long-term contract” shall mean any contract the term of which is more than ten years.
