§ 18701 - Definitions

CHAPTER 162— ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE

In this division:

(1) The term “Department” means the Department of Energy.

(2) The term “Indian Tribe” has the meaning given the term in section 5304 of title 25.

(3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy.
