CHAPTER 157— QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS › SUBCHAPTER VI— MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

The Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services shall have oversight authority with respect to the administration and implementation of this title [Fn: See References in Text note below.] as it relates to such Department.
