§ 15112 - Definitions

CHAPTER 144— DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ASSISTANCE AND BILL OF RIGHTS › SUBCHAPTER III— PROGRAM FOR DIRECT SUPPORT WORKERS WHO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

In this subchapter:

(1) The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in section 15002 of this title.

(2) The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of title 20.

(3) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
