CHAPTER 134— ENERGY POLICY › SUBCHAPTER VI— COAL

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for carrying out this part, other than section 13362 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of this title, such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993 through 1998.
