§ 11924 - Definitions

CHAPTER 124— PUBLIC HOUSING DRUG ELIMINATION › SUBCHAPTER II— DRUG-FREE PUBLIC HOUSING

For purposes of this subchapter:

(1) The term “controlled substance” has the meaning given such term in section 802 of title 21.

(2) The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
