§ 10309 - New spending authority; amounts provided in advance

CHAPTER 109— WATER RESOURCES RESEARCH

Any new spending authority described in subsection (c)(2)(A) or (B) of section 651 [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of title 2 which is provided under this chapter shall be effective for any fiscal year only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriations Acts.
