§ 7385f - Claims not assignable or transferable; choice of remedies

CHAPTER 84— DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY › SUBCHAPTER XVI— ENERGY EMPLOYEES OCCUPATIONAL ILLNESS COMPENSATION PROGRAM

(a) No claim cognizable under this subchapter shall be assignable or transferable.

(b) No individual may receive more than one payment of compensation under part B.
