§ 4854b - Authorization

CHAPTER 63A— RESIDENTIAL LEAD-BASED PAINT HAZARD REDUCTION › SUBCHAPTER III— RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Of the total amount approved in appropriation Acts under section 4852(o) [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of this title, there shall be set aside to carry out this part $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, and $5,000,000 for fiscal year 1994.
