§ 4346 - Tenure and compensation of members

CHAPTER 55— NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY › SUBCHAPTER II— COUNCIL ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY

Members of the Council shall serve full time and the Chairman of the Council shall be compensated at the rate provided for Level II of the Executive Schedule Pay Rates (5 U.S.C. 5313). The other members of the Council shall be compensated at the rate provided for Level IV or [Fn: So in original. Probably should be “of”.] the Executive Schedule Pay Rates (5 U.S.C. 5315).
