§ 2297f–2 - Regulation of Restricted Data

CHAPTER 23— DEVELOPMENT AND CONTROL OF ATOMIC ENERGY › SUBCHAPTER VI— LICENSING AND REGULATION OF URANIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITIES

The Corporation shall be subject to this chapter with respect to the use of, or access to, Restricted Data to the same extent as any private corporation.
