§ 1900a - Rules and regulations

CHAPTER 16B— CONTRACTS FOR SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH

The Secretary shall prescribe such rules and regulations as he deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
