L. 100–690, title II, § 2052(a), 102 Stat. 4207, and amended, which related to the collection of data on mental illness and substance abuse, was renumbered section 505 of act July 1, 1944, by Pub. L. 102–321, title I, § 105, July 10, 1992, 106 Stat. 334, and transferred to section 290aa–4 of this title.
