L. 99–570, title IV, § 4004(a), 100 Stat. 3207–109, and amended, which related to advisory councils for the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, the National Institute on Drug Abuse, and the National Institute of Mental Health, was renumbered section 502 of act July 1, 1944, by Pub. L. 102–321, title I, § 102(1), July 10, 1992, 106 Stat. 331, and transferred to section 290aa–1 of this title.
