§ 3510 - Eligibility and entitlement generally

CHAPTER 35— SURVIVORS’ AND DEPENDENTS’ EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE › SUBCHAPTER II— ELIGIBILITY AND ENTITLEMENT

Each eligible person shall, subject to the provisions of this chapter, be entitled to receive educational assistance.
