§ 3483 - Approval of courses

CHAPTER 34— VETERANS’ EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE › SUBCHAPTER IV— PAYMENTS TO ELIGIBLE VETERANS; VETERAN-STUDENT SERVICES

An eligible veteran shall receive the benefits of this chapter while enrolled in a course of education offered by an educational institution only if such course is approved in accordance with the provisions of subchapter I [Fn: See References in Text note below.] of chapter 36 of this title.
