§ 154101 - Organization

CHAPTER 1541— NAVAL SEA CADET CORPS

(a) Naval Sea Cadet Corps (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
