§ 153501 - Organization

CHAPTER 1535— NATIONAL TROPICAL BOTANICAL GARDEN

(a) National Tropical Botanical Garden (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
