§ 152501 - Organization

CHAPTER 1525— NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL

(a) National Safety Council (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
