CHAPTER 803— GIRL SCOUTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

(a) The corporation may not operate for profit.

(b) The corporation shall be nonpolitical and nonsectarian.

In subsection (a), the word “pecuniary” is omitted as unnecessary.
