§ 50301 - Organization

CHAPTER 503— DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS

(a) Disabled American Veterans (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
