§ 23101 - Organization

CHAPTER 231— AVIATION HALL OF FAME

(a) Aviation Hall of Fame (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
