§ 22905 - Governing body

CHAPTER 229— ARMY AND NAVY UNION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

(a) The board of directors and the responsibilities of the board are as provided in the articles of incorporation.

(b) The officers and the election of officers are as provided in the articles of incorporation.
