§ 20301 - Organization

CHAPTER 203— AMERICAN ACADEMY OF ARTS AND LETTERS

(a) American Academy of Arts and Letters (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

(b) The corporation is declared to be incorporated in the District of Columbia.
