§ 115 - Repeal of conflicting acts

CHAPTER 6— JURISDICTION OF COURTS IN MATTERS AFFECTING EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE

All acts and parts of acts in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are repealed.
