L. 103–377, § 4, Oct. 19, 1994, 108 Stat. 3502, which related to action by the Secretary of the Interior regarding the compact between the State of Connecticut and the tribe providing for gaming operations and transfers of land to be held in trust and used as the tribe’s reservation pursuant to the State Agreement, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
