L. 104–109, § 2(b), Feb. 12, 1996, 110 Stat. 763, which required submission of a list of members of the respective bands as of Sept. 21, 1994, to the Secretary of the Interior not later than 120 days after such date, and submission of a membership roll to the Secretary by each of the bands not later than 18 months after such date, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
