L. 92–557, § 2, Oct. 25, 1972, 86 Stat. 1171, which related to payment of per capita shares to members of the Assiniboine Tribe of the Fort Peck Reservation, deductions from judgment fund for other uses, and eligibility for per capita payments, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
