L. 91–417, § 5, Sept. 25, 1970, 84 Stat. 868, which provided that the roll prepared by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to this subchapter would not be deemed to constitute the membership roll of the Chemehuevi Tribe, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
