L. 90–117, § 1, Oct. 31, 1967, 81 Stat. 337, which directed the Secretary of the Interior to distribute to the tribes certain funds appropriated in satisfaction of the settlement and compromise of claims against the United States, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
