L. 89–659, § 9, Oct. 14, 1966, 80 Stat. 910, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to reserve judgment funds for the payment of litigation expenses related to cases pending before the Indian Claims Commission, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
