L. 87–629, § 9, Sept. 5, 1962, 76 Stat. 430, which authorized the use of tribal funds for the payment of expenses of the tribe under this subchapter and authorized appropriations from the Treasury to reimburse the tribe for such expenditures, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
