L. 86–339, § 8, Sept. 21, 1959, 73 Stat. 605, which authorized band to organize a legal entity and to request the Secretary of the Interior to transfer to such entity title to lands in the reserves established by former section 953 of this title, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
